TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Public Offer Agreement is an official and public proposal by FOP Teslenko Yevheniy (hereinafter — the "Seller") to enter into a contract for the sale of digital educational content and access to information materials on the website https://hiddenworld.academy.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to online courses, educational materials, and digital UFO files (hereinafter — the "Product"), and the Buyer undertakes to pay for this access under the terms of this Agreement.

3. MOMENT OF CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. Full payment for the digital content by the Buyer on the website constitutes unconditional acceptance (acceptance of the offer) of this Agreement. From the moment of payment, the contract is considered concluded.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1. All educational materials, text, and files are the intellectual property of the Seller. The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, distributing, or reselling the content is strictly prohibited.
